Game Room Sponsorship - SW WA Boys & Girls Club

When Repurpose Center generates net proceeds beyond what we reinvest in our operations, we look for ways to put that money to work locally. Earlier this year that meant a $6,490 sponsorship to fund game rooms at seven Boys & Girls Club locations across Southwest Washington.

Game rooms are at the center of what Boys & Girls Club does every day. Nearly 600 kids walk through the doors each day and use these spaces to play pool, ping-pong, carpet ball, and board games — but more than that, to learn how to be with each other. How to win and lose. How to disagree over the rules and work it out. It's simple stuff that matters a lot.

Keeping those spaces stocked with quality equipment is an ongoing cost. We were glad to help cover it.
